Updates on courses, research positions and more
We've got some news to share about where we'll be working next semester
Hi everyone,
We’ve got some updates to share!
I’m really pleased to say that our two Trent Community Research Centre positions to work with A\J on our Massive Open Online Course have been filled. Thanks to everyone who gave the position a look.
And thanks to those who have gotten in touch with us directly about volunteer writing positions! And for anyone else interested in learning more about writing for a general news audience, feel free to contact me (editor @ alternativesjournal . ca) to find out more.
(To let you know, we’re working towards creating writing positions for academic credit, which we’re confident we’ll be able to roll out if not in time for winter 2018-19 than for fall 2019-20. Stay tuned.)
And, for anyone who’s still interested in learning more about our #scicomm writing exercise, you can find more information here.
And details of our fact-checking opportunity are live here.
